Terms & Conditions

These terms cover purchases from Cool-Lizards.com, a subsidiary of Lizard Business L.L.C. Every gecko we sell comes from Lake Erie Leopard Geckos in Sandusky, Ohio. Prices are in US dollars.

Orders: Each listing is one specific animal, unless it's a mystery gecko. A listing showing an "Image coming soon" card stands in for that morph, and we'll send real photos of your gecko before it ships.

Shipping: Live animals ship overnight, only when the weather at both ends is safe. We'll contact you to set a ship date, and someone needs to be there to receive the package.

Live arrival and health: Your gecko leaves us healthy and eating. If it arrives dead, contact us within two hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. After arrival, its care is your responsibility. Questions or problems? Reach us through the Contact section on the home page. These terms are a draft and will be reviewed before launch.
